3DW rack system - V2

The 3DW rack system consists of a base frame with an installation height of 2U.

The second version of the 3DW rack system contains a number of optimizations.

Optimizations

  • Melt-in nuts prevent the nuts from falling out
  • More stable construction of the base frame
  • Simplified structure

Changes compared to version 1

  • M3x6 nuts instead of M3x10 for fastening the base plates
  • Width of one slot increased by 1.20mm to 39.20mm (V1 inserts are compatible, but create a slightly larger gap between the individual modules)
  • Fusion nuts instead of normal hexagonal nuts
